Target was simple to redeem and offered the best value so far! Let's jump into what's required, how to redeem, and what you actually get. 

Requirements:

  • Get a free welcome box after creating a registry. 

How to Redeem: 

  • Option 1: Go to guest services to redeem in store. You may need to sign into your Target Account in order to show your registry barcode.
  • Option 2: Order online. It'll show up at costing $0.05, but will auto apply a $0.05 coupon so it is free. Shipping costs $5.95 unless combined with an order of $35 or more. We used this option, but combined with a household order for free shipping.

While this offers much better value than many of the other welcome boxes/bags, it still isn't the $120 value claimed. It is still the best thus far, but falls below the claim for sure. It is worth getting as it is very simple to redeem and offers greater variety (plus it's free!). I didn't include coupon value in the total value either. Target also offers free returns for up to a year and 15% off completion coupon that can be redeemed once online and once in stores.
