Have you ever been left with a bag of crushed up mini wheats (or mini spooners) and thought "what a waste" or "there should be something I can make with this"? That was me pretty much every time we got towards the bottom of the bag (or box). Which is where mini wheat cookies come in. This is a great way to create a unique and delicious cookie while using up leftovers in your pantry. Scroll down for a printable recipe.  What You'll Need 2 Cups Crushed Mini Wheats 1 Cup Butter or Margarine 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 Large Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla  2 Cups Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Salt 1.5 Cup Chocolate Chips Mixing Bowl Blender or Food Processor Cookie Sheet Preheat oven to 350.
